The process looks like this...
The whole course is 100% online. It is in 2 parts. After the course is purchased, I get you access to the first part which is approximately 6-8 hours of self-paced e-learning. You will go to a webpage and work through different lessons and quizzes. This means you can do it at your own pace and convenience, all at once or a little bit here and there until complete. After you finish the first part (e-learning) then we do the second part which is a Zoom in a group setting. I do the Zoom class every Friday, some Tuesdays, some Saturdays, and some Wednesday+Thursday (partial evenings). On this day we will do approximately 5 hours worth of review and then immediately take the exam (3 hours max exam time) - approximately 6 - 8 hours total.
I will mail you a hard copy of the book as well as get you access to an online version immediately after the purchase of the course. Included in the cost is standard shipping but you have the option to choose priority shipping to get the book sooner if you want. You do not need the book for the self-paced online course.
Your certification will last for 5 years after passing the exam. Your official certification will be emailed the same day after passing the exam.
$390 per certification includes access to the online course, a hard copy of the CPO Handbook (standard shipping included), review, and exam fees.

- Pick a zoom class date that works for you (You can always change it at a later date with no cost)
- A physical CPO handbook is mailed (The student will get access to an online version immediately – many students have passed just with the online book)
- The receipt and student information needs will be sent to the email used to make the purchase.
- The student will get access to the self-paced online course.
- Once the student finishes the self-paced online course, then we finish the course with a group zoom class either on Thursday or Saturday. The group zoom class will consist of 5 hours of review and the exam. The student will have up to 3 hours to complete the 50 multiple-choice, open-book, and open-note online exam.
- The official certification will be emailed within a few hours of passing the exam.
- In the low likely event that the student fails the exam we will provide a FREE second attempt. Retesting is done on Monday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday.
- The process for the whole course is to do the online course, attend the review, and take the exam. We can provide the book in Spanish, the online course in Spanish, and the exam in Spanish. The review is done in English, so some English is beneficial.
- Full Day Zoom Class starts at 7 am Pacific / 9 am Central / 10 am Eastern
- Partial Evening Zoom Classes start at 3 pm Pacific / 5 pm Central / 6 pm Eastern
- Bring a Calculator and ID for the day on Zoom
- You will need a computer with a webcam and internet access. If your computer doesn’t have a webcam, you can join at exam time with your phone for the needed webcam and take the exam on your computer.
