Our team of certified CPO instructors has over 70 years of experience in the pool industry. Our commercial and residential aquatic specialists’ team has experience in service, repair, retail sales, consulting, chemical manufacturing, publications, and product development. We have been recognized multiple times by the pool industry for our contributions. We have also received numerous awards from the PHTA (and NSPF) for our instruction of the CPO certification. The process of getting your CPO certification will be as easy as possible and we offer ongoing support to all our current and former students.

I loved the flexibility of being able to complete the class on my time. It took me less than 5.5 hours to get through the material on my own and then a zoom 5 hour review and we had 3 hours to take the exam. This was MUCH more ideal than taking two 8hr days to do the course like many other companies force. I felt like I was well prepared for the exam and I received my results (unofficial and official) the same day. Not only did I receive a physical book, but there was an online copy that I was able to access before my physical book arrived.
Chad was very informative both in emails and in the review. He was patient with everyone, answered questions without sounding condescending or like you should already know. And he gave his cell phone number in case we ever needed to contact him for help while out in the field. I cannot recommend this course enough!!
